Ensana Butterfly overcharge
We had a bad experience checking in. One day prior to arrival I noticed that the booking was for one rather than two people. This was for a four (4) night stay, not just overnight. On arrival, were were told we needed to pay an additional 300 euro, almost the same amount as the entire stay of 4 nights. The clerk then contacted the supervisor. The amount was changed to an additional 208 euro. Our travel mood was spoiled, we felt we were being overcharged.

Hotel und Spa Bereich war super. Auswahl zum Frühstück gut. Die Tiefgarage ist etwas eng und man muss mit dem Auto in einen fürchterlich beengten Aufzug fahren. Das fand ich beklemmend und hatte auch ein kleinwenig Angst. Ansonsten fand ich das Hotel top.

Wir sind schon langjährige Besucher des Hotels. Immer wieder schön und empfehlenswert. Sehr freundliches Personal. Parkplatz in der TG vorhanden. Uns hat sehr gefreut, dass die Schwimmhalle wieder offen hat. Perfekt vom Hotelzimmer ins Bad zu fahren. Leider existiert nach Corona nicht mehr der "Bar-Teil" aus dem Bad zur Hotelbar. Das ist sehr schade. Das Frühstück war vor Coronazeiten etwas frischer und besser. Kann aber Zufall gewesen sein.

Insgesamt ein gutes, sauberes Hotel. Es wurde um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Dieses wurde auch schriftlich bestätigt. Leider haben wir ein Eckzimmer bekommen wo die Haupstrasse und eine Nebenstraße lagen. Von Ruhe in der Nacht keine Spur.

Von unserem Kurzaufenthalt in diesem Hotel haben wir uns während der Buchung viel mehr davon erwartet und waren recht enttäuscht schon gleich bei der Ankunft. Wir wurden unfreundlich empfangen und trotz unserer Buchungsbestätigung wurde die Reservierung vom Hotelpersonal negiert. Man wollte uns Zimmer einer teureren Kategorie andrehen, jedoch nach circa 40 Minuten Diskussion fand sich plötzlich doch noch ein Zimmer in der gebuchten Kategorie. Die Zimmer liegen unterhalb des Standards, obwohl diese recht sauber gehalten werden. Der Komfort war überhaupt nicht vorhanden und es gab absolut keinen Charme- Faktor, welcher auf den Fotos jedoch suggeriert wird. Weiterhin haben wir uns bei diesem Preis ein üppiges und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet erwartet - auch dies wurde nicht erfüllt. Sehr kleine Auswahl, Kaffee war schlecht und auch die Lebensmittel an sich waren nicht wirklich lecker und ansprechend. Zum Glück waren wir nur zwei Tage dort. Was uns auch enttäusch hat, war die Sauna. Die war sehr klein, es haben kaum 3 Personen reingepasst und überhaupt ist der ganze Spa-Bereich klein. Das einzige positive in diesem Bereich war die Dame, die sich darum gekümmert hat. Sie gab sich sehr große Mühe den Gästen entgegen zu kommen und den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Hiermit war sie dort aber auch die Einzige. Wir werden in dieses Hotel mit Sicherheit nicht mehr reisen.
