We arrived to a dirty room, sandy, gritty, dusty floors. There was no maintenance staff when we arrived so we had to CLEAN THE ROOM ourselves which produced nearly black towels evident of how dirty the room was and took nearly an hour of our vacation that we can’t get back. Hotel staff was unbothered when the report of the dirty room was made and empty promises that a manager would be in touch went cold. No one has contacted us regarding the dirty room . We have followed up with multiple calls and no response from Motel 6 managers. We shouldn’t have to chase a manager down by phone. Our call should have been returned by now with some kind of accommodation. Instead it’s been silent, over a week since we checked in. Clearly motel 6 is in the business of ignoring customers since they already have our nearly $1000 for a few nights stay!!! Utterly disappointed and will not be staying or recommending anyone to stay at a motel 6 brand motel. Dirty rooms, poor customer service, exorbitant rates with little to no amenities.

The grounds could use deep cleaning and plants maintained better. It’s a Motel 6 so didn’t have high expectations. Worked for us for one night.

Just a bit drab, nothing particularly bad, front desk were pretty curt when we arrived. Surrounding area was blah. But it’s a motel 6 so why do you expect room was clean, bed was adequate.

Went to bed to find sand and toe nail clippings on the sheet. Clearly bedding had not been changed. Bed cover also has a few brown stains on top. Otherwise room and property were ok. Makes me wonder what else was not cleaned in the room.
