We happened to stay in two of their accessible rooms as no standard rooms were available. "These rooms are pretty basic because they're for handicap accessibility," we were told. No microwave or fridge as that space was reserved for hanging clothes. This wasn't a huge deal for us, and we were excited to find a place that allowed our pups to stay for free, as well as free parking. These two accessible rooms however need significant work, especially 112. The first night, noise from outside the room was awful, and we thought maybe it was just thin windows. It took me lying awake the second night feeling a draft to realize that there's no seal under the door. I rolled up a towel and put it along the bottom of the door, and magically our room was comfortable and quiet... which is when we noticed that the shower just kind for run slowly all the time. I went in and with some real effort was able to slow it to a drip. It was also quiet enough to notice that the guest staying in the room above us left their pup there alone all night. The poor thing was bored, dropping or throwing its toy to have some kind of fun. I sincerely hope that dog isn't still cooped up in that room. They also told us there wouldn't be any service for the rooms, which didn't feel like an issue until the 3rd day of visiting the beautiful beaches around Marina. Walking around the room barefoot was... not nice.

Our stay was from 12/28 to 12/30/25 not 12/27 to 12/29/25,….Staff that checked me in was very helpful in getting us a Handicap Room for my wife’s issue. The ref door was hard to open/close, noisy on the two nights with tenants above us moving stuff back and forth between 10:00-10:30 p.m., front door cold air coming in (needs to have a rubber sealant or something and the seat in the shower needs to be cleaned around it. Feels like the mattress and pillows were old. Other than that, my wife and I would like to stay there again where we can get a handicap room. It would be nice if they have pastries instead of just coffee and tea. Housing keeping was very friendly in issuing toilet tissue when needed. Thank you again and hoping to stay there this coming April.

Room is clean but the wall is thin, hence we can hear the footstep from above floor and people talking outside. Also there is plenty of drainage sound when it was raining. Overall it is not quiet at all.
