Check in took too long.
Overall, it was ok. The only issue is that the front desk didn't have my information from hotels.com and asked me for a lot of different documents, including RG and CPF (Brazilian documents) which they don't have. It took about 30 mins to check in, too much after a long day.

Hotel limpo e embora o quarto é pequeno, é muito confortável, cafe da manha muito bom! Estacionamento custa 28,00 por dia. O hotel é colodo no shopping Av. Center, e na frente tem um mercado enorme!

Ótima localização entre o centro e o novo centro de Maringá, próximo ao estádio Willie Davids, Vila Olímpica e UEM, facil acesso à Catedral e Parque do Ingá. Shopping ao lado, comércio em geral, mercado, restaurantes com acesso à pé. Academia Smart Fit em frente. O hotel é o antigo ibis budget, porém melhorado e todo reformado, manteve a estrutura mas conta com TV smart e frigobar em todos os quartos. Café da manhã incluso, bom para o padrão do hotel. Garagem é a do shopping, paga a parte pelo valor de R$ 25 por diária. Ponto negativo são os elevadores, insuficientes para a quantidade de hóspedes circulando, principalmente no período da manhã. Dicas: o quarto com duas camas de solteiro é maior, e os quartos dos fundos são mais silenciosos.
