It's warm and inviting, with a spacious layout for entertaining and relaxation. It's conveniently located near Marion Health campus, offering privacy and convenience. Fantastic walking neighborhood with a tree lined boulevard.

There are two owners closets and a garage in the house that guests do not have access too. The rest of the house is accessible to guests.

The Euclid Charmer has driveway access directly to Euclid Ave for easy access and plenty of parking. Street parking is also available.

In the summer, the lawn care crew comes on every Friday!

Comfortable and well equipped
The property was perfect for a gathering of friends, family and their children. Our group loves cooking family meals, and the kitchen had nearly everything you could ask for. The bedrooms were comfortable, the master bathroom was a treat, and the kids loved the toys and backyard. Couldn't have asked for a better environment to watch the 2024 Eclipse. The property managers were responsive, informative and very kind. A great experience through and through.
