Good deal for the money
The room was OK we were close to the door was the only problem in the Jacuzzi suite so we heard the door opening all hours of the night as there was a large amount of construction worker staying but overall very good room and Quality for the money

The staff was very nice however our first room didn’t lock which made us feel very unsafe. The next room had a large gap above the door that you could hear through. The third room was okay but after the other attempts we just no longer felt safe. Also there was a cop car parked in front with no officer the entire time we were there.

Pictures are deceptive...
It was terribly run down and dirty. Our room had a broken window, a half fixed hole in the door, smelled like an ashtray and was all beat up. You could smell mold in the air and there were dogs barking IN the hotel. My in-laws room smelled like urine. Even the paint job was gross, there was hair and gunk painted into the walls. The one good part was that, after 5 minutes of being in our room, my eyes were itchy, I had a whopping headache, and my throat was getting scratchy. The gentleman who checked us in asked what would make it better. He then graciously honored my request for a refund and let us leave to find another place to stay. The staff was very nice, it's simply a difference in standards.

The place is not well kept and it is impossible to get help from the staff. The breakfast was a few pieces of bread and fruit. Absolute joke. Stay away!!!

Budget Budget Budget...for the owners! 🙄
This hotel is very very budget oriented, This is budget on the consumers end and mostly the businesses end. What I mean is the entire place is being kept in business by taking shortcuts everywhere, Im pretty sure that one family owns and opertates this establishment, they also all live on site. The room that i stayed in had a very outdated bathroom, all of the faucets and shower head had such low pressure it would barely rince my hair, And i'm bald!! The fan in there never came on, the light in the bathroom and entrance way were automatic and could not be left on for over 5 minutes (for the hotel to save money and incinveinence the guess). There was a place on the wall in my room that looked there was a fire at some point. Although un-needed i could never get the a/c to come on, like it wasn't even connected. One of the sconce lights in my room was literally hanging from the wall by its wires. But did i mention how cheap it was? And they respected my room requests prior to the visit. So, if you are staying just one night and have low standards and not much money, then this place is awesome! Its probably honestly one of the classier places in Grant County In. 😆

Cheap room with comfortable beds. outside view to trees. Updating would be appreciated. Pool had cold water. Breakfast had freshly made pancake maker which were good. Very stale cereal. Yogurt, tangerines, apples, and oatmeal available. No eating in rooms allowed which was sad as we had a suite. TV by beds didn't work. TV in front room did work with limited channels. Shower was nice but no fan.

worse place
it was horrible, I booked it for a suite, 2 queen beds and when I get there to check in the guy at the desk did not say anything and stated to just sign the form, I asked about the room and he stated no it was booked for a standard 2 queen bed and i showed him and he just stated this is all we have and I would need to take it up with Hotels. com, I asked for a cot and got that, had to ask for pillows, sheets, towels, toilet paper and was online and phone call with Hotels.com for about 30-45 minutes and then was hung up on, I never got a return call, the room was dirty, no phone, no hairdryer, no iron, no toilet paper holder. I asked to be moved to a suite the next day and I was but that room was dirty, I feel like the guy at the desk was the only one working and maybe he was staying in a room sleeping, if you needed anything you had to go to the front desk and ring a door bell if he did not show up you had to call a phone number that was on the desk and he would then come from upstairs to see what you needed. always had to ask for something for the room. the pool was ice cold
