When we checked in there were people standing outside having a party. When we got to the room my husband checked the bed and discovered bed bugs. We went to the lobby and told we were lying. he took the room card and told us he would check and if he found them he would refund our money. He refused to check that night and said he would check in the morning. We did get a refund though so there is an upside I guess

Got the deposit required surprise upon arrival. 4 business days later no refund. Called the hotel and was told it was submitted and to call the bank. This oh well way of dealing with this issue needs to change. I was put in a room with an adjoining door...as a female alone this was not comfortable and did not lead to me resting well. Other than that it was clean and quiet.

Every time I returned to my room, someone had apparently smoked marijuana nearby. The room itself had clearly seen better days and is in desperate need of updating.

The property was dirty and completely unkept. The management was rude and completely unhelpful. I did not even stay the night, we just lost out the money we prepaid on the room.

This was an extremely bad stay. I woke up to cockroaches crawling on me. Upon further looking they were crawling all over the floor and our belongings as well as on our headboard. I peeled the pillow cases back and they were filthy stained with black through them. The front desk said it’s possible they don’t always do a good job cleaning. There’s no excuse. It was infested. We asked for our money back. They gave us a receipt with our refund but did not actually refund that amount. They refunded less. Highly do not recommend.

Don’t go here. Rooms are filthy and property is run down. They will lock you out of your room and not answer the buzzer after hours. Proprietor got mad when “the system “ locked me out of my room. Got kicked out I woke him up to let me in my room that was paid for. I tipped cleaning staff upon arrival to make the room stay able

Horrible! The owner is using it as a money making. He’s not worried about service! Just, room turnover. The more people he has in rooms, the more money he makes. He’s not worried or, trying to provide a service.
