Visited nights of 6/5/19 & 6/6/19. Quaint, reasonably priced for the area, and within 1/2 hour of Yosemite NP south entrance.
Christine the owner was accomodating of our late arrival (8:45/dusk). We did not understand her written instructions on where to park that she had left taped on the office door. The next morning, upon our formal check-in, we were scolded for not parking by the pink roses by the house. The "house" was the office. The pink roses were gray/black when we arrived at dusk and along the shoulder of the road. This was not clear until she took us outside to show us the spot. Aparrently the space in front of our cabin, where we parked, was needed for a handicapped customer. We apologized several times, and we were repeatedly berated. This did not make us feel welcome at all.
The room felt like a furnace when we arrived, and took 45 minutes to cool it down. It was in the 80s during the day and the A/C had not been turned on. When we returned from a day of hiking in the 80s we looked forward to colapsing in a cool room. It took 30 minutes to cool it down because housekeeping had turned the A/C off. We paid for the room, including the A/C, for 2 days. That evening we also found ants in our groceries.
