Nestled in Mariposa County, this delightful house is a charming retreat for guests. With 5 bedrooms, including 1 full bed, 3 queen beds, 1 king bed and two futons, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The house also features 4.5 bathrooms, complete with showers, tub and luxury amenities. Additionally, there is a bonus room with a futon for any additional space needs. Work from home in our private office space with desk. You'll find all the necessary amenities such as heating, WiFi, a washing machine, and AC.

Outside you’ll find a massive space for entertaining, which includes an outdoor kitchen and large table with seating for many. Propane BBQ, Blackstone flat top grill built into a stone counter top. Bring your fur family! We have thoughtfully created a large fenced area for your dogs to play and safely enjoy the outdoors. Unwind in the spa while gazing at amazing views you won’t find anywhere else in Mariposa! Whether you're exploring the nearby attractions or simply enjoying the comfort of the house, we think our place will help you experience everything the mountains have to offer.

For security purposes, we have two actively recording cameras outside the house. One is overlooking the front porch which records video and audio. The other one is overlooking the parking area from the side of the house which also records video and audio. Both devices are on the exterior of the house.

Beautiful Home and View!
The home and property are truly outstanding! The view from the deck and hot tub is unbelievable. The night sky was so clear we could see more stars than you could count. The kitchen had everything we needed plus we were able to use the regular and flattop grills. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend this home!

I cant say enough about our great experience at this property. The house is recently remodeled and is beautiful😍 The sunset in the back patio area by the photos does not do it justice - every sunset was beautiful and will not disappoint. Had a cold drink in the evening and morning coffee on that deck - the interior remodel had everything we needed and all the rooms had a unique touch. Loved them! I took advantage of the work station - monitor hook up that saved me and great view out of that window - saw some deer early morning. I hope to go back next summer and extend the days - thank you to a great host and communication is awesome! Thank you Anne

Family and friends trip
What a beautiful home with amazing view!! The home is recently remodeled and the owners really paid attention to detail. The kitchen - bathrooms and bedrooms are very welcoming and are stocked with what you need for a trip. I recommend having a cold drink and enjoy the amazing sunsets.. morning coffee at the back patio is relaxing as well, the whole family and friends groups enjoyed the stay. The communication with host was easy and they took care of any need that we had, highly recommend this stay. 🍻 cheers
