"The staff were fantastic answering questions I had, and stored my luggage because I arrived at the hotel much earlier than check in which allowed me to go out and spend the day visiting friends. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I will definitely stay there again. "

Just letting the guests know to fill up the city of Markham overnight parking exemption form would be really helpful. I was visiting from US so didn’t know about this and unfortunately got a ticket."

"Poor communication from the host manager, the landlord is also living in this property, bring your own towels and body wash, and most important is make sure ask for parking space; there is no street parking"
