We only had a chance to spend 1 night at the lodge, but we really enjoyed our short stay. We were welcomed with a private dinner and they were gracious enough to open the bar while we relaxed at the pool. Wonderful and informative staff. There was a walking path near the lodge that allows you to get your first glimpse into Kruger.

Great lodge for a safari
Bushwise was everything we expected and more. The staff was super friendly, we saw animals both in Kruger park and at our front door daily, and the dinners under the African sky are not to be missed!

Es war für uns ein fantastischer Aufenthalt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich und persönlich empfangen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren optimal ausgestattet verbunden mit tollem Blick in die Natur. Unsere im Vorfeld reservierten Ausflüge und Safaris waren perfekt durch die Inhaber der Lodge und deren Mitarbeiter organisiert. Wir danken für den wundervollen, unvergesslichen Aufenthalt und kommen gern wieder.

Bom café da manhã e jantares (estavam incluso na estadia), equipe atenciosa, fica dentro de um parque privado ao lado do Kruger, é como um condomínio de casas. Vimos animais soltos pela região inclusive próximo ao hotel. Em razão de estar ao lado do Rio Crocodilo é possível ver os animais, vimos hipopótamos, elefantes, impalas e aves. A piscina é ótima para refrescar na volta dos passeios, mas a ressalva é que a mesma tem um sistema de sucção (na parede da piscina), do lado oposto ao bar, que não possui proteção, assim, quem tiver crianças ou cabelo comprido, atentar-se quanto a isto.

Great little lodge with view to Kruger
Great small lodge 20 metres from the Kruger fence, could see elefants and hippos. Good breakfast and dinner, not fancy. Their safari guide is really good and we really recommend going with the lodge's safari. They have a big open van for ten people and we were only 2 or 4 persons going at the same time. The bigger hotels have more people in their vans. No public wi-fi, expensive to use wi-fi.

Unikt läge!
Jag gav inte maximal poäng för hotellets läge. Skälet är att läget är såväl hotellets styrka som dess svaghet. Hotellet ligger i en vildmarkspark som angränsar till Krugerparken. Det innebär en mycket fascinerande omgivning för hotellet. Det innebär tyvärr också att hotellet ligger mycket isolerat. Man bör hyra bil för att ta sig till hotellet. Står man ut med detta, så har hotellet ett mycket fascinerande läge.
