Fotoğraflarda daha lüks ve geniş görünüyor, ne yazık ki öyle değil. Temizlik fena değil ancak günlük temizlik yok. Hizmet kalitesi Avşa adasında genel olarak düşük seviyede. Restoranlarda da kaliteli ve konforlu bir hizmet ne yazık ki yok. Konfor çok kötü, yatak ne yazık ki rahat değil ve duş bi değişik :)

Merhaba. Bayram arifesinde otele girdik ve 4 gün konakladık. Otel sahipleri çok kibar insanlar, bize çoğu konuda ekstradan yardımcı oldular. Odalar temiz ve rahattı, fiyat açısından da uygun olduğunu düşünüyoruz. Rahatlıkla tercih edebilirsiniz. Kendilerine tekrardan teşekkür ediyoruz :)

Otele girişte sıcak karşılandık. Oda genel olarak iyiydi. Temiz ve yenilenmiş banyosu gayet yeterliydi. Odada bulunan yatak inanılmaz derecede rahatsızdı. Yatarken yayları sırtımıza batıyordu. Ayrıca nevresimde de lekeler vardı. Giysi dolabı televizyon ve minibar da ihtiyaçları karşılayacak şekildeydi. Otel ile ilgili en büyük problemimiz alt katında meyhane olmasıydı. Aşırı yüksek derecede müzik sesi saat 2’ye kadar devam ediyordu. Balkonda oturmak zaten mümkün değil, tüm kapı ve pencereleri kapatmamıza rağmen de müzik sesi olduğu gibi odanın içindeydi. Şikayetimizi dile getirdiğimizdeyse misafirlerinin az sonra kalkacağını ve kapatacaklarını söylediler ancak müziği 1 saat daha devam ettirdiler. Açıkçası böyle bir rahatsızlıkla karşılaşacağımızı bilseydik asla gelmezdik.

Öncelikle hotels.com uygulamasındaki sıkıntı yüzünden bizi mağdur etmedikleri için otel işletmecilerine teşekkür etmek istiyorum tekrar. Rezervasyon yaptırdığım tarihlerde müsait oda olmadığını öğrenince çok üzülmüştüm, ancak otel isletmecisi bu konuda çok yardımcı oldu.Tertemiz girince temizlik kokuyor otel. Güleryüzlü, yardımsever insanlar. Konum olarak çok iyi. Plajla dipdibe. Feribot iskelesine yakın. Oda ferah ve geniş. Kesinlikle konaklamanızı tavsiye ederim. Tekrar konaklamak isteyebileceğim bir otel. Her akşam otel girişinde canlı müzik var. Çok memnun kaldım.

Apartın yeri, odalar, konfor her şeyyy çok güzeldi.Akşamları apartın alt katında eğlence oluyordu, çalışanlar ve apart sahipleri çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi çok ilgilendiler. Aparta dair bence tek sorun ses yalıtımı olmaması.Başka bir odada biri kapı kapattığında gece uykumuzdan uyandık birkaç kez Bir daha Avşa'ya geldiğimizde yerimiz yine kesinlikle Yürekli olacak.

Yani her iyiydi sadece kahvaltı konusunda bir şey sorduğumda ters bir şekilde hangi odada kaldığımız ve kahvaltnın zaten bittiğine dair cevap geldi o kadar kahvaltı parası ödedik dışarda yaptık hep 10.30da kalhvaltı mı biter?
