We did not actually stay at Beyaz Konak Evleri but checked into Villa Anfore Otel (which is under the same owner) instead. My ratings are based on what I think the stay would have been like after looking at the property. The property was as advertised and pictured, but the furnishings were more tired than expected and there were about 50 steps to negotiate to reach the property if walking from the village or seaside. There is a road leading into the property to avoid the steps, but it would add a kilometer or kilometer and half to the walk. There was also some question about the availability of breakfast (which was shown included on our booking), as there are no kitchen/dining facilities at the property -- and reception is run from a small shack outside the main building. There are great views from the property balconies and it is clean and would be a good budget stay.
Villa Anfore Otel is more upmarket, attractive with a nice swimming pool and amenities. At US$111 for three nights, breakfast included, it is great value. Spotlessly clean with a comfortable king bed, standard Turkish breakfast (not buffet) and friendly and helpful staff, we were pleased there and would endorse a 4-star rating (4.7 satisfaction rating). It is in what we considered a better location than Beyaz Konak but the views were not available from our first-floor room. There are better views from the higher floors but no lift. The Datca market (open Saturdays) backs onto the property.
