Staff was extremely helpful. My room was clean but we did over hear another customer complaining about finding blood on her mattress. The area around the hotel is a bit noisy, there is a warming center and a few bars. Everyone kept to themselves but it looks a bit sketchy at first. The pool was nice as well. We had a good stay.

Our experience at this hotel was good. The elevator seemed a bit sketchy so we just stuck to using the stairs, not a deal breaker but something worth noting.

Booked online and when I got there another associate booked my room. Gave me another room that was on pool side. Unfortunately pool is indoors so the room is totally dark all the time. Looks like nighttime no matter what time of day. Staff should have let us know this before asking whether changing rooms was ok. Very depressing. Glad only booked 1 night.

Great room and staff.
The reservation I thought I had made was nonexistent..pretty sure that was my fault. Mo at.the front desk checked with the other Best Western in town to make sure I didn't accidentally make the reservation there and then waited patiently while I booked their last room through Hotels.com so I could use my rewards $. My room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that they didn't offer a bin for recycling. I stay at this hotel whenever I am in town. Always a pleasant stay.
