I wish I believed them, as sometimes you think, it can’t possibly be THAT BAD. But… IT IS. AND WORSE. The photos you see on the website, must be edited or taken when the hotel first opened. The exterior of the hotel is ‘nice’ compared to what you are met with inside. The hotel staff are lovely, professional and welcoming. That is the ONLY positive I can give you.
I wish i took more photo’s. I would avoid this hotel if you have a family with small children or toddlers. There are genuine open bare wires and sockets just hanging out. The door handle, as we walked into our room, just came off in my hand. With the pin/screw just facing forward staring at you for anybody to get stabbed.
We came with an 11 month old, who is still on formula milk. You are not given a clean kettle, the kettle had bright red and orange rust inside. We went to the convenience store and purchased all the cleaning products to clean everything we use. The kettle was not salvageable, so we put that to one side and had to boil the water, on a saucepan. The saucepan was actually brand new, so we cleaned it and used it. No sponges are provided, no washing up liquid, no kitchen towels, no hand wash. Zero. Zilch. We stayed for 8 days so we had to purchase everything. You are not even given a microwave, and no washing machine. The cups given, were glass water cups. No mugs for tea. They were also rusty and orange at the bottom. I managed to salvage those by scrubbing and disinfecting those as I bought my baby’s
