Sejour correcte, le temps du week-end, point negatif sur le petit déjeuné qui se termine tôt, ce qui nous oblige à nous lever tot (alors que l'on souhaite plutôt se reposer en week-end ou en vacance de manière générale ). Deuxième point negatif en ce qui concerne le check-out a 11h, pareil, un peu tôt... un supplément de 10 euros par heure nous a semblé cher, c'est dommage !

Bitten by a befbug
I was bitten by a bedbug found underneath the pillow case in my room. My right eye and left index finger were very swollen the next day and I had to go to seek an urgent medical treatment. The bites on my face are still very visible now and left dark spots on my face. I tried to cancel my trip on Wednesday but could not find the suitable return flight. I had to stay in the hotel feeling very worried about the possibility of having the same thing happen to me again. This has ruined my trip completely

Property was very good albeit in the middle of a huge city. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On reception they advertised times and a menu for their bar and restaurant. However when we enquired they told us it was closed but they would happily order in for us if we needed assistance. Room was very good apart from the mugs for coffee both of which were dirty and very obviously used fairly recently as the tray they were on was wet and stained. Staff did after being made aware supplied clean ones. Overall would recommend. Breakfast was continental but plenty of choices, very good.

Experiencia confortable.
Hotel ubicado cerca de la terminal de tren, a un costado el barrio de comercio árabe- musulmán, se puede llegar a pie al puerto o tomar el bus. Ocupamos la habitación con dos camas y el espacio era suficiente al igual que el baño (solo encuentras jabón y papel sanitario) El desayuno era café , variedad de pan, jamón, yogurt, naranjas. Buena atención del personal. Experiencia confortable.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, answered all our questions and helped with our inquiries. The location is walkable to the St. Charles station which can take you anywhere by train or subway.

No value for my money
For the price I paid I should have got more value for the money. The bathroom is extremely small. The bath towels were thin like sheets, did not absorb the water. The breakfast was so low in quality, a real insult. To be a 3 star hotel the standard should be higher.

Chambre très cher vu le quartier et la qualité de service. La salle de bain tout en plastique (comme une cabine dans un vieux camping car) on repassera !
