The open-plan living area provides an inviting space with comfortable couches, a Smart TV, heat pump and Bluetooth sound system. While the kitchen is fresh and functional, equipped with modern appliances, a breakfast bar and a full-sized dining table.

Step outside onto the gorgeous timber decking. Well-appointed with a BBQ, outdoor seating, privacy and cover – this is the ideal spot to gather and relax.

Comprised of four bedrooms, each with electric heaters, this holiday accommodation sleeps up to eight guests. The master is a perfect retreat with a private ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, while everybody will be well taken care of with a family-sized bathroom and a separate laundry with full facilities.

Situated in the exclusive Pinot Grove subdivision, you can access the communal amenities. There is a shared swimming pool available in the warmer months, a tennis court and trampoline.

Martinborough’s charming town square is just a three-minute drive or 15-minute walk away – providing a range of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and a boutique cinema! South Wairarapa is renowned for its array of wineries and vineyards and make sure to bring the clubs to visit Martinborough Golf Club. Popular attractions close by include the Patuna Chasm and Stonehenge Aotearoa or become an astro-tourist in one of the world's most accessible Dark-Sky reserves!

All guests should take care when using the external stairs as they do not have a handrail. The beds are zip-locked and can be split to suit guest requirements, please specifically request this when booking otherwise the standard configuration above will be provided.Please note the swimming pool, tennis court and trampoline are shared facilities.The swimming pool is available for use between Labour weekend and May 1st. The access to the swimming pool requires a fob that is supplied for your use.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
