A great stay
The lobby was very welcoming and beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday. The staff were very friendly, the room was immaculate. The included breakfast had lots of food options. An overall great stay!

The bathroom mirror was rusty and the vanity was old and faded. The wallpaper had stains on it. I would have expected something newly remodeled for the price we paid.

Nice Establishment
The hotel was clean, quiet and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff were friendly and the room accommodations were very comfortable. The walls could use a fresh layer of paint to cover marks and scratches, but overall we were very pleased with the hotel.

We ended up booking this room last minute when we did not have a good experience with the first hotel we booked. The room was very nice and clean, staff was very kind, shuttle service to and from the casino was so convenient and easy, breakfast was great. Overall so happy we ended up here instead and would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here!! Wonderful staff, clean rooms, we enjoyed the hot tub and the other amenities the hotel had to offer i.e the fitness center, complimentary breakfast! MEGAN!! I think was her name. She was a house keeper. She was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She never hesitated to provide me and my family with any toiletries we needed during our stay and was always so polite!

When we checked in we noticed our a/c was not working. Room was hot, around 80 degrees. Informed front desk but informed we would not be moved to another room due to availability. Our sleep/stay was terrible. We checked out a day early the next day due to the heat. We were not comped the stay.
