It was a lovely hotel. Nice little perks and the rooms were roomy and the amenities in the room were nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful room horrible customer service!!
The room was nice but I payed for the room thru your app then when asked for my credit card for verification at the hotel I was charged again. I have spent two days now trying to get my money back from the hotel and still have no results. The person on the phone just said to me the managers come in and out as they want they have no schedule so try back maybe this afternoon we had already started to plan a long stay as we really liked the room and the placement of the hotel. But I can tell you it will not happen again I will stay somewhere else. It’s a shame such nice rooms and a great stay for the worse customer service !!!
