It waas very nice, on par with Holiday Inn, our favorite. Bathroom lacked a fan however. All hotels lately have made the premade cheese or veggie omlet standard fare in the breakfast room. My husband can only eat his eggs plain, so we find somewhere else to eat in the morning. This hotel was very nice but nothing exceptional

Very clean. Studio room with two queen beds was spacious enough for our family of four. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There is a grocery store a short walk from the hotel. And a Starbucks!

My complaint is with hotels.com. We could not stay the full-time and try our best to get a refund for the last night and they refused to give us a refund so we got charged an extra $150. I will never use hotels.com again. Their policy stinks. I will not be using them anymore. I will call the hotel directly before I let them book me any rooms. I was very unhappy when I found out that we were getting charged for another night that we could not stay. that is a terrible policy , I even went to the hotel 24 hours before I was up and got no result was told nope, you will not get a refund. I even called hotels.com. I will never use you again.

This is a good hotel to stay at if you want to visit Harpers Ferry and Antitem. It is centrally located , has numerous food options and a very friendly staff. The property was quiet and clean

This place is great!
We stayed here for a concert over at the casino. The room was absolutely incredible! I could have lived in the room! Plenty of storage, closet space, a kitchen, a sitting area. We were pleasantly surprised! And free breakfast! Very modern hotel and very pleasant staff!
