First Floor Owner’s Suite
Feel like you’re living in a treehouse! This luxurious suite features a King pillow-top bed with crisp linens, a private deck entrance, and an en suite with his-and-her vanities, a walk-in shower, and an oversized soaking tub. The dressing area makes it easy to prep for date night in style.

Second Floor Master Suite
This spacious retreat offers a King bed and a twin daybed for relaxing or extra sleeping space. The private bathroom includes a walk-in glass shower and a single vanity.

Second Floor Bear’s Den
A whimsical room with custom artisan-crafted Queen bear and Twin deer bed, perfect for a fun escape. The nearby bathroom features an oversized tub/shower, just steps down the hall.

Second Floor King Room
A cozy, tucked-away room with a King bed and private access to a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Entertainment Level Bedroom

"The property is as close to perfect as a vacation rental can get. My extended family and I had a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful and in a lovely setting. It is so well appointed and relaxing that we rarely left. The community pool is wonderful for all ages. The hiking trails are super close to the home. The home feels like it is nestled in a park. One morning we watched a family of deer playing on the hillside with a fawn sprinting back and forth. We enjoyed quiet time on the deck as well as evenings around the fire pit. The house was exactly what we needed with plenty of areas to be together as a family or find places for solitude. I also appreciated having a dedicated space to exercise, especially with a beautiful view of the woods. The town of Berkeley Springs is also worth a visit - the baths are interesting, nice variety of shops, and the people are friendly and welcoming. Bottom line: this was one of my best vacation rental experiences. We loved our stay and plan to book another visit." - Pri
