The house has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a lounge / kitchen where there is a double sofa bed and a single bed that you can move to the room.
a truly magical place immersed in a truly unique setting to relax. The house is located in a central position 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Lu Bagnu, castelsardo and Valledoria with 1 hour drive to the emerald coast or Stintino and the Gulf of Asinara. autubus service from 10 am return 18: 30 from martis to Lu bagnu / castelsardo.



My accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children), sea lovers and hikers because the country is located in a wonderful valley and near the Temple where there are paths indicated for excursions.
It is also suitable for the elderly because the country is quiet.



In the village there is everything you need: market, wine cellar, pharmacy, bank, post office, bar, pizzeria, clothing store, butcher shop the weekly market, soccer field and tobacconist. At 6km from martis in the village of Chiaramonti there is a swimming pool open during the summer.

Ce qui nous a plut au départ c'est l'emplacement du logement en pleine nature De plus l'intérieur est confortable Coté cuisine, on n'as pas d'avis car on ne cuisine pas dans les locations ! Seul bémol, il n'y avait pas d'internet pour connecter notre ordinateur pour les anciens comme moi qui n'as pas un téléphone haut de gamme Donc bilan positif Willy

Séjour au calme dans la campagne
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'endroit pour y passer quelques nuits. L'accueil par Giovanna (voisine de palier) a été chaleureux pour notre arrivée. Le logement est isolé du village, la route n'est pas goudronnée mais très praticable, et l'emplacement est exceptionnel ! L'appartement fait parti d'un bâtiment en rez-de-chaussée coupé en 3. Il est équipé simplement, mais tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour. Pour les couchages nous étions 2 couples, et les lits 1 place se déplacent dans le salon. Un joli extérieur pour profiter de prendre le petit déjeuner ou l'apéro, et le calme absolu. Le grand plus, le paysage à 360° est à couper le souffle !
