Comfortable, spacious room. Although I did not specifically request an ADA-compliant room, I was given one. And after a couple of days of driving, I did appreciate that! One suggestion: I noticed that the extra TP and the hair dryer were on a shelf quite high up - which perhaps might be unreachable for anyone using a wheelchair.
Hotel is in need of updates. I could not open the blinds in my room. It was like being in a cave. The grout in the shower was molded. Wallpaper was peeling and bathroom ceiling was bubbled. They took out the hot tub in the pool area. The pool was very nice though.
We were disappointed in our room. We have stayed here numerous times and this was the worst experience so far. The room was clean, but the blinds were broken, the desk chair was broken, the clothing hooks in the bathroom were broken, and the shower safety bar was broken. When we told the front desk, the comment was "sorry about that."

Disappointing Stay!
We were disappointed in our room. We have stayed here numerous times and this was the worst experience so far. The room was clean, but the blinds were broken, the desk chair was broken, the clothing hooks in the bathroom were broken, and the shower safety bar was broken. When we told the front desk, the comment was "sorry about that."
The Hampton Inn Marysville was good for our 2-night stay with grandkids, 9 & 7. They especially enjoyed the pool. I propped a door open in the pool area for ventilation since the chlorine smell was a little irritating to my eyes. Our queen beds were very comfortable for a good nights rest. The hotel is situated in a retail area so sit down restaurants and fast food are very near.

They did some remodeling and it looks good for the most part. There was a huge spot on the ceiling that looked awful. We were on the 3rd floor and our ice machine had a sign that said broken use 2nd floor machine. I went to the 2nd floor where that machine didn’t work either. So I thought I’ll try the one on the 1st floor but guess what it also had a sign that said use 2nd floor. The bathroom floor had dirt on it everywhere but especially under the sink and there were hairs on the toilet. They were completely booked and someone brought dogs who barked nonstop for a good 45 minutes at 10:00 at night. The person at the front desk was never out there she hid in the back and you had to stand there waiting for her to come out if you needed something. Plus our toilet didn’t want to flush either. All in all it wasn’t horrible but we also paid $157 and it could have been better too!
