The room door keys have been upgraded but it’s tricky to get the door open. The toilet ran all night but the shower has great water pressure.

Don't think bathroom floor was cleaned. Hair from previous traveler on the floor. Something around the toilet. U get what u pay for. Don't respond that u r sorry & that it is a top priority. That u will discuss w team for improvement& hope we will give u another try cuz this was your response to previous opinions since June, based on reviews. Thought by now u would have corrected it. That is why we decided to give u a try.

Run down but clean
I feel the hotel was clean, but it is kind of run down so it doesn’t really look clean. Lady at the desk was on her cell phone both when we checked in and checked out. Breakfast was scarce, but we knew that from reading reviews. We would definitely stay here again, felt it was more than adequate for the price we paid.

Do NOT stay here, rooms were disgusting and filthy dirty! Pulled the sheets down after getting into the room and there was crumbs, coins and big crusty stain on the sheets. They defiantly did not clean the room after the previous stay! We immediately took our room key back down and checked out and found somewhere else to stay for the night. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!

Meets basic needs only.
The front desk was covered with Plexiglass which surprised me for the area. The clerk was difficult to understand due to her accent and the glass blocking the sound. During check in, she took a personal call and walked away from the desk. When she returned she was still on her phone and I had to ask her to stop her call and finish with us first. The whole place smelled like smoke including the room. The AC worked but was very noisy. The beds were comfortable and generally clean aside from one stain on the sheet which was so obvious I can’t understand why they’d put them on the bed. The shower could have been a bit cleaner but good water pressure and hot water. This place covers the basics if that’s all you need. Not surprised it was the only hotel that still had rooms available so close to an event weekend.
