"This is such a great place to stay if you're in the area. Great local places to eat, the parking is more than ample, the staff is so accommodating and sweet, and the rooms facing the canal are perfect. The only "issue" would be how often the trash is thrown away from the public areas (in the portico, inside the lobby and the trash cans near the lobby elevators and on each floor by the elevators). They tend to pile up for at least a day or 2. All in all, its a minor issue compared to how nice the property and the staff is."

"We had a family of 5 stay here. Perfect size house for that many people. Very clean and spacious. Kitchen needed a little more utensils and cookware but other than that it was great. Beds were comfortable and water pressure in shower was awesome. Didn’t realize there was a whole upstairs game area but we didn’t use it. It would be good if you had little kids for them to have somewhere to hang. It was also nice to have extra paper towels and tp provided so we didn’t have to buy that.
