Custo-benefício
A construção é nova, o condomínio agradável, poucos vizinhos. A casa ainda precisa de alguns itens básicos para oferecer mais conforto: ar condicionado ou ventilador no segundo quarto, cortinas nos quartos, box nos banheiros. Os anfitriões são educados e dispostos a ajudar. Com alguns detalhes o bom pode ficar melhor!
