25mins to Whitianga township. Close to Coromandel Beaches, Great dining at Luke's Kitchen, and other Coromandel eateries, A Great relaxing environment with plenty of books, dvds, and family games. Great BBQ, and kitchen facilities, with outdoor loungers and sun shades.
Air-conditioning and plenty of blankets for those winter getaways - a walk on the beach is a great Stress release, and the wild beach weather is an amazing experience.

Property consists of a large open plan lounge/family area, a dining area, and kitchen, separate laundry, one bathroom, and a separate second toilet. The Bedrooms are made up of two large bedrooms (Queen Beds), and one smaller bedroom (one single bed and one bunk set).

Great indoor and outdoor space to lounge around
Sean is a super host, fantastic to deal with and very accommodating. Nice touch to have provided coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine, and it's great that they allow pets to stay too!

All the comforts of home, and more!
Wonderful property with an amazing outdoor and living area. Kitchen is extremely well stocked, with all the appliances and cooking implements you need… plus more! Great having a fully fenced property for our small dog. A short, and relaxing walk to the beautiful beach. We stayed in winter but the house was nice and warm, with a good heat pump. Place was clean too. Thanks for a great stay!

It a great property that is located perfectly close to all you would like to do and it's all walking distances. The house is perfect eazy to keep clean and with all the sliding doors open its just a breez i would say generally you will enjoy your stay from booking to the end forsure.

We choose this bach because they allowed fur babies but what we got was above and beyond expectations. We use bookabach every summer and I can honestly say this bach was the best ever. It had anything you could ever want or think of. Outside shower, Fish scaling station, outdoor furniture, great internet, perfect golden sand beach, board games, coffee machine, big tv, comfy beds, best shower pressure ever!, classic books, board games, dvds, decent kitchen. Can't rate this bach any higher. Also the artworks through the place was all class

Great bach and photos do not do it justice. Lots of home comforts, good coffee machine, great outdoor and indoor flow. So many movies and wifi/internet tv viewing which was used as it was a bit wet. Love the artwork as well.

Wonderful bach!
We loved our stay here. We were a group of 5 adults friends, family and 2 kids. There is a great amount of secure outdoor space for the dog, and cricket balls. Very well stocked kitchen with appliances. loads of board / card games some were new to my guys - they had so much fun playing them. Stunning Matarangi beach is nearby & access is a short walk. We had a brilliant time! Highly recommend.

Amazing beach bach
Had a wonderful time at Sean’s property. My family stayed over Christmas time and we thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the ease of access to the beach. Would highly recommend this place for large family :)

Excellent property for 1-2 family gatherings
Close proximity to beautiful matarangi beach. Perfect home layout for accomodating one really large family or two small families. Pet friendly with fencing all around. Air conditioned main living area. Facilities are modern and up to date. Interior is decorated very tastefully and theming is on the spot! Very fast fibre internet, latest Nespresso machine, large OLED TV, game consoles, blu-ray movies library and lots and lots of board games on offer, is icing on the cake!!!
