"Woke up by the maids conversing in the hallway and the squeaky wheeled housekeeping cart. Loudest squeak I have ever heard. Has management never heard of oil or WD40? Or replacing the failing parts. Won't stay there again"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Alpine Inn! The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the gentleman at the front desk who wore a turban (he kindly asked us to address him that way). We encountered a small hiccup with our Expedia booking, but he quickly resolved the issue and had a room ready for us. His kindness and attentiveness truly made us feel comfortable and welcome. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. For service alone, I'd give this place 5 stars. Highly recommend!"
