Hôtel très bien situé et à côté d’un super sentō que je recommande! La chambre à la japonaise, très petite, suffit pour y séjourner quelques nuits le temps de visiter Matsuyama et ses alentours, je recommande!!

トイレの水道水はなぜか白く、1階にウォーターサーバーがありましたが、お湯は出ず、ボトルで水を飲むこともできませんでした。紙コップしか用意されておらず、部屋にケトルがありません。

ホテルとしては清潔ですが、事前の口コミで騒音の問題が指摘されていたこともあり覚悟はしていました。ただし、騒音は夜10時以降から早朝の間は全くといっていいほど問題は感じませんでした。窓が2重になっており、騒音対策も十分されていると思います。 　ただ、JR松山駅とその周辺は店も少なくて、県庁所在地の中心となるJR駅とは思えない印象でした。現在、再開発が行われているようですが、2024年秋に一部オープンした新施設なども、まだまだの状態です。どうしても同じ四国のJR高松駅周辺と比べてしまいます。

コインランドリーが一台しかなかったので、近くの別のコインランドリーを使ったら、とても高かった。 シャンプーとボディーソープのみでハンドソープはない。 ドリンク紙コップが小さめで、必要最低限のホテルという感じだった。
