"They need to pay attention to the little things. The curtain in our room was broken and would not close so as a result the morning sun would hit us right in the face upon sunrise. Most of the usb outlets did not work, the bathroom outlet was loose so if you tried to unplug your cable the complete outlet would come out of the wall, the furniture in the room was stained nasty looking. In the master bathroom you could see the holes where the old light fixtures used to be, the lamp shade next to my bed completely fell off because it was broken..the sheets and towels had a very bad smell, they should change what there using to wash there sheets and towels, for the prices they charge they should pay attention to these things, i think people would be alot happier. I will not stay there again because the price doesn't match what you get. It cost us over 1k for 4 nights..not worth it although the staff was AWSOME !! i was embarrassed for them. "

"My wife and I loved this place - secluded, beautiful grounds, with a beach and multiple pools and hot tubs, comfy room with no detail overlooked (except shower could use a grab bar), very good restaurant, friendly staff. We were able to really relax here, and it was the perfect last few days for our vacation in Puerto Rico."
