Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bright. There are lots of dishes, glassware and pots and pans. I was pleased with the storage and counter space. Maid service did an excellent job each day. The layout in the rooms that overlook the pool was great. Grounds were lovely and well maintained. However, it is an older hotel. The room smelled musty. The couches, which were counted as extra beds, were as hard as rock and very very uncomfortable and would be impossible to sleep on. I bought an air mattress for the pool and I had to sit on that in the room in order to be comfortable on the couch. The fabric on the couches was stained and needs replacing. Inside the fridge, the freezer door was missing so we could not make ice. The caulking behind the sink needs to be redone as it is very rough and was impossible to clean to my satisfaction. A new elevator was being installed, which is great, but the one working elevator kept breaking down and having to walk up nine floors was not fun as I have back issues. Location of the hotel is great. Lots of fabulous restaurants in the area and good shopping as well. The beach is first class and we walked it daily.

We had to request a change of room because it was very deteriorated, balcony door was off its hinges and would not close correctly, bed was very hard, no hot water and we had a huge roach in our room. We were given a suite in the main tower which was a newer building and was much better at no extra charge, thankful for that!

Older , has a nice pool fighting to get prepared money back from Expedia and costa de oro. There’s a huge blk mold and moisture issue. Strange smells and beds were uncomfortable. The working staff were nice and they tried hard to keep things clean. The rooms need dehumidifiers so just painting over top of black mould. I want my money back for the days I couldn’t stay. My nose ran the entire time till I left.

Great view, convenient location, excellent staff. I bought food from the menu and it was average and a bit pricey compared to restaurants in the area. The room I was in really needed updates, especially the bathroom. I did see other rooms which looked much nicer

Formally nice hotel, The view from our balcony was fabulous. The staff is very helpful but not maintained The AC was problematic! The rooms felt like mold, no hot water and the elevator was broken for a day
