Nuestra experiencia
Para poder llegar al hotel por el lado de playas es muy facil, tiene la gasolinera enfrente y esta accesible para llegar a la plaza galerias y demas atracciones, el hotel no tiene acceso a la playa ya que esta justo por atras del aparcadero de yates, pero tapa otro hotel la playa para ver el atardecer, tiene vista a la calle, la piscina esta climatizada pero le faltaba limpieza, como es obscura se ve un poco turbia le falta iluminación. Como es un hotel que es nuevo, le faltan pisos por abrir aun no estan todas las hab listas, y hay ruidos de construcción a partir de las 9 am, la comida muy rica y bien porcionada y no tienen venta de bebidas alcoholicas, hay oxxo cerca caminando y restaurantes variados. En hora pico sera un problema entrar al hotel ya que se encuentra justo enfrente de la glorieta y hace falta un semaforo obligatorio para poder accesar, no tenemos la cultura del paso de cortesia, si quieres playa sera imposible, no pudimos ver el atardecer, tienes que trasladarte a otro lugar para apreciarlo, tiene potencial si vas de negocios, si es por placer hay mas opciones mas caras obvio que puedas hospedarte, el personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones espaciosas, la cama es nueva y es un poco rigida para mi gusto y tienen almohadas de plumas y las sabanas de primera calidad. El baño es grande pero no tiene area de vestidor que hace complicado cambiarte si vas con mas personas, el sanitario es pequeño pero cumple su función. Es una buena opcion para dos tres noches.

No estuvo listo, aún en construcción.
El hotel no estuvo listo para recibirnos. Asistí el día de mi reservación, sin embargo no había nadie en la recepción del hotel, y aún había mucha gente trabajando. El teléfono de contacto que está en Google Maps y Hoteles.com (el mismo) nunca respondió, incluso te mandaban a buzón directamente en algunas ocasiones. Afortunadamente una persona del hotel me contactó y me comentó que muy probablemente no iban a poder recibirnos y me ayudó a buscar otras opciones de hospedaje por su cuenta.

Estuvo bien en general, pero los pisos estan muy resbalosos, nos caimos dos veces, y se rieron las personas que estaban trabajando en lugar de preguntarnos si estabamos bien o necesitabamos algo, en la Suite que rentamos no servia el aire, o estaba mal configurado llamamos como 3 veces y vinieron casi a las 2 horas o mas que reportamos, diciendo que estaba apagado, segun lo prendieron, pero no pudimos dormir del calor, las instalaciones son nuevas, y en general estan bien

Mala experiencia
Me mandaron a otro hotel las primeras dos noches porque no estaba listo el hotel a mi llegada, en wste otro hotel no me querian respetar la resrvacion y querian que pagara extra. Llegando al hotel Windham, aun siguen trabajando en el mismo, por lo que trabajadores se escuchan y un dia me bañe con agua fria porque no salió agua caliente. En general, considero que deben abrir el servicio hasta que todo esté al 100.
