The building, with its typical architecture, located on a 200 m² plot of land that is entirely enclosed and grassed, also has a covered terrace and a secure motorcycle garage. Inside, the harmonious decoration contributes to bringing an extremely pleasant and warm "family home" atmosphere.
On-site activity: hiking, biking or motorbike trails.

Just 5 minutes away: the small town of Langeac and its many shops, markets, the Allier gorges, fishing, white water, tourist train on the Cévennes line, Romanesque churches, hilltop villages...

The owners live in the same hamlet which makes it easier for any request and identification of bicycle or motorcycle circuits.
