Farmhouse offering you a clear view of the valley located at the end of a dirt road. This cottage is located on the owner's estate (suckler cows that you can see grazing from your windows).
Ground floor: From the entrance hall, you access a bathroom (shower and toilet). A room is on the same level with washing machine, dryer, water heater and wood reserve. Take the corridor with a slight step which will lead you to 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 x 190 cm), then the fully equipped kitchen with a bar cabinet. A wood stove in addition to the gas hob will allow you to prepare your meals. Enjoy the living room through which you can access the 3rd bedroom (1 bed 140 x 190 cm). Relax on the terrace which will allow you to immerse yourself in the surrounding countryside.
Rochebut dam 2.5 km away, spa and golf course in Néris-les-bains 21 km away, Evaux-les-bains spa and mini-golf 12 km away
