Air-conditioned villa with 2 double bedrooms in the heart of Saly. All shops and the beach on foot. The villa is rented full with new appliances and dishes available.
The beach is 5min walk, the pool inside the residence and you have a mini market at the entrance of the residence.
Pharmacy, supermarket, market and city center are about 15min walk.
You will be greeted by a person who will hand over the keys during the day and if you arrive at night, the residence has security 24/24 also.

Un havre de paix !
Très bien situé, très propre, dans une résidence très bien tenue et sécurisé, proche de la mer, deux jolies piscines, des commerces proches, et pourtant logement très calme…comme en Afrique bien sûr…le rapport qualité prix est excellent, l’accueil sur place est parfait, ainsi que les personnes chargées de la maintenance. Bref une belle découverte et un séjour tout à fait satisfaisant. À renouveler…(six semaines sur place)…

Très bon sèjour
Villa avec petit jardin carrelé agréable très proche de la plage, des commerces et restaurants dans une résidence sécurisée et calme. Tout le personnel est charmant et aidant. Très bonne literie et équipement complet de la maison. Il y a des travaux sur les égouts réalisés par la résidence devant le jardin, parfois incommodants.

La maison n'est pas très récente mais elle est très confortable. Les lits sont très bons. L'emplacement dans une résidence entre plage et ville est parfait. Très bons contacts avec la propriétaire. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Maison sale avec beaucoup de matériel sale et cassé. Draps déchiré avec des tâches, pas d'ampoules sur les lampes de chevet.peu de vaisselles casserole avec un manche qui tourne donc dangereux poêles très sales, .couteaux qui ne coupent pas.lavabo bouché, tapis du salon taché ,salon de jardin sale et table pleine de poussière. Pas de poubelle de cuisine uniquement une corbeille à papier, nous déçus les photos sur le site ne correspondait pas entre autres celle de la piscine nous avons réglé pour 12 jours le prix d'un mois des autres locations identiques dans la résidence Paradis 2, nous avons quitté cette location pour une autre location qui pour le même prix nous propose une maison avec 3 chambres dans résidence la mangrove. Nous avons des photos pour justifier notre réclamation. Il faut retirer cette location de votre site..
