According to Hampton management the room selection was done by Hotels.com. I was given a handicap room and did not request that. The bed was low and very uncomfortable. i've stayed at this location many times. Due to bookings the hotel could not make a change. Very disappointed.

Good experience the only thing is they need to control the amount of people at the pool because half of them were not quests of the hotel the girl at the front desk did try to get them out of there but they came back in after she left but other than that it was a good stay

Being a Hilton Honors member, my account was not associated with my stay. Also I requested a late check out and the longest I was told I could stay was til 11:30am where regular checkout is 11am. Also there is no daily maid service and you need to request it if your room needed to be made up and replace towels. I didn't ask for the room to be made up, but did request new clean towels at the front desk. I had to go down to the front desk because the hotel phone in my room was not working, no dial tone. So at the front desk, when I requested new towels, I was told to bring the used towels down before I could get new clean towels. Not what i was expecting. The thermostat in the room not very user friendly and was difficult to set. No instructions on how to do so in the room and had to do a Google search to locate the manual for the Honeywell model to be able to set the thermostat to the desirable temperature. Breakfast was good but had to ask for more pancake mix and when they ran out of eggs or sausage, that was it, there was no more. Coffee bar did not have hot coffee, was cold. Lastly, the bed was not very comfortable, very hard and uncomfortable to be exact. My sister and her husband were across the hall in their room and they also noted how hard the bed was and how difficult it was to sleep. Staff was at least friendly even though I experienced all that was noted above. Not sure I will return to this hotel.
