The front desk staff was efficient and polite. The parking could be better because there wasn't enough. The hotel was quiet, the rooms were spacious, and everything was clean.

The reason i gave it 2 stars was because we found ants in our room and when we told them about it they told me there was an infestation and they were aware of the insects. She mentioned to me that her manager will be calling me. They took what looks like $5 off our bill and the manager never called. So i wasn't too pleased with the way they handled the situation although the girl was very friendly

Somewhat disappointed
After our arrival, and having drove over 5 hours we needed a nap. The people who were staing above us were very loud! We heard a lot of loud footsteps and banging. I requested another room, which staff said they would look into it and keep me updated. Never heard from anyone. The night was the same loud noises which made it difficult for my wife and I to get any sleep
