No pude disfrutar de la estancia en el Hotel Oyó, debido a que cuando realicé la solicitud de estancia, revisé y al comprarla en la Web, me cambiaron las fechas, fui a al Hotel y solicité el cambio de fechas y no me lo autorizaron !!! Me tuve que ir a otro hotel porque me informaron que no tenían habitaciones Disponibles para ese día !!!

The smell of the bed sheets and the towels were horrible. I couldn't sleep well. In addition, I was charged 25 dollars to get access to the room one hour earlier. All these will prevent me from coming back.
