During the winter, enjoy onsite recreation like snowboarding and snow tubing and return when the snow melts for a round of golf at the onsite golf course. I regret staying at this property. The “villa” I was assigned was under renovation. Upon arrival I was greeted with cleaning equipment and a vacuum cleaner in the entrance. The washer and dryer were removed, the refrigerator pulled out from the wall and all the living room furniture pulled to the center of the room from the walls. The carpet was filthy. The sliding door onto the balcony was unlocked so I searched the unit to be sure it was unoccupied. The mattress was uncomfortable. The decor is 1970s and dowdy. The bedroom and bathroom were the only fairly clean areas of the unit. I stayed the night only because of late arrival and the building being almost 2 miles from the checkin. Never again. They should be ashamed of themselves for having such a rundown property. I took photos of the unit and will forward them on to management.

Horrible experience. The accommodations, hotel, was dirty and extremely dated. No microwave in the room, small 19 inch tv, paper thin walls, you could hear your neighbors cough. My wife and I ate at one of their restaurants, not cheap, and my wife was up until 3am vomiting. The next day the sales/tour guide did not comp our meal but instead recommended that we not to eat on site. All around a horrible experience, would not recommend much less invest in this resort...

The property overall was nice. We were disappointed that the photos on the Expedia listing showed a beautiful Mountain View but when we arrived we had no view except for the building beside us. It was very misleading. I would have chosen a different property had the pictures been accurate.

My family and I decided to stay at this resort during a one day trip to the mountains for family bonding, and hiking. This was one of the best decisions that we could have made. The resort was beautiful, and although there is lots of renovation and movement. There were plenty of things to do as a group and individually. We walked, we ate, we played. We will be going back to explore all the different areas of the resort. I would recommend however that the condo be reserved for single people or those just looking way quick cheap getaway.

The property was nice. The room was clean and had a patio with a pretty view. But the property was large and we had a hard time finding the building we were staying in. Signs were not very clear. We only stayed overnight and did not use the amenities.

We had booked two queen rooms and prepaid in full. When we arrived, we were told the hotel was sold out and we were getting “upgraded” to the Condos that were 4mi away from the check-in building. At first, this sounded great but when we made it to the Condos, we immediately realized that they had not been occupied for a while. There were several cobwebs in the kitchen & in the bathroom. The living room couch and bed linen was full of dust. The bathtub was clogged. Coincidentally, all of this applied to both condos on our reservation. We got the lower units of two adjacent condos and at around 5 AM in the morning, we could hear all kinds of noises from the upper units - multiple people walking, furniture being dragged, what sounded like vacuuming etc. We were only here for a night and had a terrible experience overall. Whilst the property is vast and they appear to have a ton of activities, I’d not want to go stay here again.

I enjoyed the get-a-way from home; however the property at Woodstone has gone down tremendously. The condos are now dated, but I can deal with that, it’s the maintenance of them. Very poor condition.
