The hotel is amazing. The rooms are large, like a little apartment, and they are very well maintained. Parking is convenient but $25 per day.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. We were blown away with how affordable it was while being so beautiful and high tech. Our room was huge and bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. The complimentary breakfast was amazing as well. So many options and everything was delicious.

This was our first trip to Washington, D.C., and the Watermark Hotel seemed to be a good option, in terms of proximity to the downtown core (about 45 minutes via rail). We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the hotel, and very pleased with its cleanliness. Leslie at the front desk was extremely helpful, not just at check-in, but at other times too. We were upgraded to a corner suite at a reasonable cost, and were extremely pleased with the room itself: it was essentially an apartment and considering we had booked for nearly a week, it was perfect for us. Our floor was very quiet, despite being there over the New Year celebrations. The Aviary, where we had breakfast, served excellent food. All of the staff with whom we interacted were welcoming and professional. Having access to the Wegmans right below the hotel was a pleasant surprise, as it allowed us to have more affordable options for meals/snacks/drinks. Having the Metro so close by made accessing Washington very easy. Overall, we cannot recommend the Watermark enough, and it was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. If we return to Washington, we will be sure to book at the Watermark again! Thank you so much for such a positive experience!
