Beautiful Farmhouse
Charming Farmhouse and everything was as advertised and stated. Stunning grounds and a vintage farmhouse property. Livestock grazing in the field as you have coffee is wonderful. Close to downtown McMinville. Checkin and communication with host was excellent. Would return without a question.

We choose the Farm house because of the rustic look and brought back some memories for my 80 year old parents. The location was perfect... Close to downtown and shopping, but still felt like we were in the country or on a farm! We had 7 people sleep comfortably with my parents staying downstairs. Coffee and breakfast on the outside porch was memorable. We saved money by cooking breakfast and lunch at the house. The house provided all the pots, pans and utensils, that we needed... We would stay there again!

Lovely and quaint farmhouse near McMinnville, wineries
Loved our stay. The farmhouse was very nice and we had easy access to McMinnville, wineries, the coast and other local things. Located right on hwy 99 so noise from the road is noticeable.

Great, older house. Good option for families and groups. Worked well for us with our son along to visit Linfield University because we could close up part of the house for him to stay up later and for us to go to sleep. We slept great and enjoyed the house

Delightfully charming Farm House.
Adorably, historic farm house that was vintage, yet comfortable. All the charm, with a full stocked kitchen for cooking in and the joys of a glorious tree swing outside. We even walked over to say hi to the cows. Perfect little get away house while we spent time off adventuring McMinnivile & Salem.

Quaint and rustic
Great old house and everything you would expect from an old farmhouse including creaky floors, antiques, charm, and a musty smell that greets you upon entering. Dainty furniture that looks good but not very comfortable for sitting and chatting for long periods. Well manicured lawn and grounds. The front entry was not usable due to the cobwebs covering the front stoop and door frame and the back deck table and chairs were very dirty. Its early spring so all is understandable! Some of the beds were super comfy, others were rock hard so choices for the different comfort levels (and some bed frames creaked and squeeked with the slightest movement that made you worry you'd wake everyone in the house up). Overall, great house!

Sweet country home in a great location
We came for my grandma's birthday and wanted to visit family in Amity and also visit the beach. Perfect location for both. Charming home, impeccably clean, and had everything we needed. As previous reviews have stated, it is right off the highway so there is some slight road noise but once inside you barely notice it. We all slept incredibly well in the very comfortable beds. Already planning on booking it again for future family get togethers.

Two-week Christmas holiday 2020
I grew up in Keizer and Newberg 30 years ago. The Farm House was in a good location to visit most of my family, who are now spread between Salem, West Salem, Newberg and the coast. The property is quiet, reasonably priced and one of the only places in this area that would allow us to bring our dog. It is also one of the only vrbo/Vacasa properties in the area with a full kitchen and dining area, which allowed us to cook our meals when we weren't visiting my family. My husband and I were both impressed by the amount and quality of the renovation work that has occurred inside this home. The floors appear to be original fir throughout, except for the hardwood that is traditionally found towards the entryway/formal dining/living room area at the front of the home. Care has been taken to renovate using period furniture and hardware. It is very much like my grandparent's home where I spent a lot of time growing up. We have a few suggestions going forward. 1) The cold water knob in the shower is extremely difficult to twist, this needs to be loosened up to avoid getting scalded by the hot water. 2) Include up-to-date, valid emergency phone numbers in the property notebook for situations that need immediate attention which your customers cannot fix. 3) Vacasa property managers should not take 12 hours to return phone calls regarding an emergency at the property. This is a disservice to the property owner as well as the customer. 4) While the cable appears to be functioning, the TV would not power on; we suspect that, like the washing machine, it has shorted out. There were no local phone numbers provided that worked, so we gave up. We did not have access to a functional washer and dryer, as advertised. Until their functionality can be verified with the property owner, it is suggested that Vacasa management update the property description and amenities until something changes. We enjoyed our stay overall, outside of these minor inconveniences. We appreciate property management working with us to fix the sump pump during our stay, as well as the promised two-night reimbursement due to flooding issues. Thank you, Wendy and Bjorn
