Front desk clerk was great. First room we couldn’t get into the room, had to go back to office to get new key cards to a different room (desk clerk was great, she had the cards ready when I walked in) hall ways and stairs were dirty, trash piled up over the sides of the trash cans and on the floor in the stair well entry. The room had two missing lights in the ceiling, bathroom was so dim you could hardly see what your doing, hairs in the beds between the “clean” sheets, tons of cracker and chip crumbs under the pull out sofa, no sheets for pull out, only a stained mattress. From the reviews it said older but clean and I’m fine with that but this is beyond that.

We stayed in the large 3 BR suite. When I say large... I mean LARGE. We could have easily put a couple of king size blow up mattresses on the open floor space. The carpets needed cleaned but they did not smell. The pools were both clean. Our stay overall was very good. Our only negatives included the ceiling lights in our room didn't work and the shower lift mechanism wasn't lifting entirely. The breakfast area had already been emptied of all options by 7:30am both days so we ate at local areas. Some people don't like motel breakfast options so not a big deal.

Our stay was definitely comfortable. Only thing that's needed is some upgrades on the property (bathroom, outside doors). Overall our stay was good. Staff were absolutely courteous and friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was, especially for the price. Will definitely stay here again instead of paying over a hundred for the ability to use an elevator. Staff friendly. Breakfast delicious. Clean room. Near Walmart and fast food options.

Don't be fooled by other, newer properties and their high prices. Rodeway Inn in McPherson is a veritable diamond in the rough. From check- in to check-out, i have very few complaints. Look beyond its dated physical facility issues, as everything else was perfect. Excellent window AC unit, comfortable bed, spaciousness, new TV, working fridge and microwave, fully functional lavatory with high sink (a must), high toilet and large shower area. Decent water pressure with easily regulated water temperature. Doors closed easily and locked without concern. Latge outdoor pool was clean and useful. Hot breakfast was provided with several choices that rival its more expensive brethren. Have no fear, people. There's not much wrong and a lot right with this motel.

Clean room, we were comfortable. Didn't get to try pool but looked very nice and clean, other people were enjoying the pool. Location was great neat shopping, restaurants etc. Good stay.

Our room was not clean the bed wasn’t made and toilet paper all strung out in the bathroom. There were sour patch kids and all sorts of things on the floor when we got there. Also did not feel like a safe place.

This is a budget hotel, but we are rating it low because one of our two rooms hadn't been cleaned. The bed was unmade, there were towels on the floor, counter and dresser, etc. I was worried we had walked in on a sleeping person, but the room was vacant. They did change our room. The next morning at 7am, the housekeeper walked in on one of our rooms to clean. The complimentary breakfast was also bare bones and was not being restocked when we attempted to eat.
