This cozy townhome in a gated community and tucked away makes a getaway exactly what you need! There are plenty of walking paths to take you for an adventure to see what's around the corner. Feel free to bring along your small dog with you (25 lbs. or less). With a great location close to Wiregrass and shopping, it's a great place to stay. The back patio is on a greenbelt and so you will have a bit of privacy and even a small pond down the way. This two bedroom, one and a half bath condo will not disappoint as it's been comfortably furnished and has an updated beautiful, fully stocked kitchen. Both bedrooms are upstairs. The master is spacious and has two full size beds to maximize sleeping arrangements and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Both rooms share the full bath with tub and shower and double vanity. The patio is the perfect spot for relaxing after a hard day at work or play. This is a pet-friendly property and small dogs are permitted with property manager approval and $20 per night fee. Six nights or more $125 fee. Please notify us prior to arrival if you are bringing your dog.

You are only a short drive to Wiregrass and The Grove where you can find many different restaurant options as well as take care of any shopping. If it's real retail therapy you're needing, just a 10-15 minute drive to the Tampa Outlets where you can have loads of shopping fun and also stop for dinner at one of the many new restaurants in the area like Rock & Brews, Chuy's, Zukku San or relax and grab a flight of brews at Florida Atlantic Brewing Co. There is also a Publix grocery less than 2 miles from Saddlebrook. If you want to take in a show, special restaurant, sports event or one of many cool activities such as Busch Gardens or the Tampa Zoo, we are a close 30 minutes to downtown Tampa and only an hour drive to Clearwater or St. Pete's Beaches!

The unit was very clean, spotless to be exact which is very important. It was actually nicer than I expected. I walk every day and the subdivision was very nice and I felt very safe. The initial code that we received to get into the unit did not work so I had to call and have it reset and they were very nice and very helpful. An overall good experience we would stay there again!

Overall the home was lovely. Fantastic location, amenities, exceptionally clean and wonderful communication from a very considerate and welcoming host. The only issue (and the only reason that I didn't give a 5 star rating) is that the home had a horrible cigarette smell, it literally attacked us as we walked in the door. We arrived late and had busy plans the next day, so only when we had the opportunity to spray almost a half a can of febreeze could we comfortably be in the home. The host was incredibly understanding and offered many options to help the next day and confirmed it was a non smoking rental and must have been from the previous guest who had checked out that day. I feel for her, but it was very frustrating issue to deal with for a non smoking rental and it negatively impacted our first evening and day at the home.

Let me get this out first because I know your interest is the property the pictures don’t do it justice absolutely perfect what made this experience so amazing and easy was Kim trust me when I say I can be a pain in the butt and my house is undergoing construction and blah blah blah blah I absolutely would not go anywhere if it is not owned or managed by this amazing wonderful lady she has restored my faith in humanity and put all of my stress about VRBO and vacation rental nightmares to rest thank you so much
