The hotel said that it is a 6 minutes walk to the Haram, maybe for a young, strong person, but it is more like 12-14 minutes.

I had a very pleasant experience staying at Al Ebaa. It was about 12 to 15 minutes walk to Kaaba. I reached here on September 30th, 2024. Two days before my trip, they informed me about a planned power outage in the area. Even though they didn't have the electricity, the person in the reception suggested me to leave the luggage's and complete my Umrah. Just before leaving, he managed to give me the room and used the emergency elevator to put me in my room. My room 1712 had a beautiful view of "Masjid al-Haram." The walk was a bit hard because of the uphill road but through Anjum hotel it was easy. Reception and Room service speaks English, which was very helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay here. I highly recommend Al Ebaa hotel to anyone who is coming to Makkah.

Just a flaw is plumbing, if the showers didn’t clog that would be better. Wifi not so strong in some areas. Safe doesn’t work. Food is good. Service is good. Cleanliness is good.

Check in was easy and smooth. We arrived early and weren’t sure if we’d be able to check in but the guy at the desk was thoughtful of our long trip and courteous. Room was small but decent and clean as well as the restaurant. It’s a bit of a distance from haram main gate but overall it is good for the price.

The hotel is 15 min away walk to Haram. I used to take a 5min taxi because the walk was hard. The breakfast is amazing. The staff is nice. Unfortunately my room was next the air conditioning room and it was noisy

We really enjoyed our stay, was checked in within a couple of minutes. The staff were very accommodating. Excellent price for the rooms you get. Housekeeping were excellent, dropping off water everyday and cleaning the room. Very easy to get to Haram via Anjum hotel next to it. Highly recommend stay there and will be using Al Ebaa hotel again on my next visit.
