Washrooms are moldy, black mold all around the sinks, no control on the shuttle services, and droping over a km away from masjid al haram. Will pick other hotel with walking distance instead of this, if you take a taxi plan on paying 20 to 30 every trip

the most filthy hotel i ever stayed at.
this hotel must get downgraded to be 2 stars instead of 3 stars. dirty sheets. stain everywhere in carpets, toilet tiles and curtain. bad smell in rooms, corridors. rusty water from mixers. low pressure water coming from shower and hand shower. very rude receptionists and not helpful. my stay was a nightmare. I will never come again and don't recommend to anyone even if I stay without paying money.
