Hotel was good, great value for money, only downside is the hill you have to climb when coming back from Haram, on a normal day the hill wouldn't be too difficult, but after completing Umrah with young children that hill nearly broke me down to tears 😢. For that reason I would avoid booking this hotel again, especially if you have elderly or young children with you. It did mention a shuttle service to Haram on Expedia when we booked but we found no such service there, other hotels in the area did have a shuttle service running to Haram, if this hotel could also start one then I'm sure they would get more bookings.

Amazing hotel - it really is - view of haram amazing from hotel great breakfast lots of option - I’d say 3-4 min walk to haram boundary approx 7-8 min walk to nearest haram door . Special mention to housekeeper Here who really looked after us . Check in check out took about a minute tops each

Property is located very close to Haram. Even the mosque inside hotel is part of Haram. It is possible to walk to the haram for all prayers. Hotel is located at a height so could be difficult to walk for elderly people, however, there is a ride available. Staff is polite and courteous. Breakfast menu has a good spread and very quality food. I would like to mention Waseem Akram, who always serves you with a smile. There was an issue at the time of check-in so we had to wait in the lounge for two & half hours in the lobby. Suggest that before giving access to the room, maintenance staff should check all lights and washrooms. Two of our room lights and shower knob were not working. Also the shaving kit needs improvement. I got a cut daily due to the sub standard razor. Lastly, some cash should be available at the reception to honor change requests. Above are suggestions only. When you are in Makkah..NO COMPLAINTS...
