Overall good experience, great veiw.
Room was good. View was really good, we stayed in Kaaba. Toilet was really small. There was a constant buzz sound in the room coming from outside, most likey outdoor units from the roof for next building, which made it a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel is very close to Masjid al-Haram and that is the only good point about this hotel. If you have issue with your booking there is no one to help you out. Instead of trying to solve the issue they just want to point to another person, so you just run around to get answer. Do not use Expedia or any other third party agency for booking because they will not help you with your booking and worst part is even duty manager will not help you.
