Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had great views with nice products but perhaps a little outdated and in need of modernisation. Had a lovely meal at the Steak restaurant. Had a good vibe and staff very attentive.

The ambience was great. Friendly staff. We ate at the Prime Steakhouse and the Jade Chinese restaurant. The food was delicious and yummy . The breakfast spread was good too. Overall, wonderful time at the Hotel.

The hotel would have been magnificent in its day; however is now due a little TLC, especially in communal areas, as looking a bit tired. Staff however were exceptional (and pool is one of the best at any hotel I have ever stayed).

The rate online was different than what was paid at the hotel. The design of the room is outdated. I was promised to be on the top floor with the city view, but I received the back of the hotel view—the high costly laundry charge for only a few T-shirts and underwear. The gym equipment was dated. I would not re-book this hotel for my upcoming trip.

The staff from the second we arrived to when we left were all amazing! They helped unload our bags and get them to the room, check in was so quick and they helped us with express laundry as we had to left the following day! The restaurant staff had amazing suggestions for breakfast and gave us many samples of local Indonesian dishes we could try! If we come back to Medan, this will be the definite place we will plan to stay at! Thanks for the great stay!
