I actually had a very bad experience with one of your employees at the front desk. I requested a room key and the employee said I needed to pay $20,000 pesos. I said why do I have to pay this if I'm paying so much money for the room, food, room service, etc. He was very rude and the woman working with him at the front desk was very rude as well (this was in the morning last week). I spoke with the manager and she gave me a free room key and I reported the incident to her. With this type of hotel I expected better service.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times. We usually get a junior executive suite on the top floor. The food in both restaurants is quite good. The showers and toilets and faucets are all connected so if you’re taking a shower prepared to be burnt or frozen in the same session. Other than that, it’s a nice place to stay in Med.

I had a suite there for 5 nights. What I liked: The food was great in the restaurants, especially the 18th floor restaurant, friendly staff. Extremely safe, secure. Left money out. What I didn’t: Felt a little looked down on by upper staff with my girlfriend from there.

The rooms were nice and clean. Front desk service was not very helpful and a bit rude. Restaurabt staff was good but the service during breakfast was slow and tables were lacking silverware and the buffet food options weren’t good same food items every day and not good taste. Bell staff was nice and very helpful not like the Front Desk staff.
