The Hotel is located somewhat close to Santa Fe Shopping mall yet the surrounding area has dilapidated and boarded up buildings. Upon my arrival a front desk person would not help us with a restaurant contact. Then we went to the restaurant to have lunch- we were ignored and made feel we were bothering them.This same behavior was constant for lunch and dinner ( same team). Breakfast servers were in contrast amazingly personable friendly and customer centric. You may ask - why didn’t you go to another place to eat? This place is isolated- nowhere to eat next to it- must get a taxi. Difficult place to have a good night sleep- loud - music and screaming for at least 3 of the 6 nights. When I brought up concerns I received an awkward response from the manager with an underlying message that he was not interested. He is only concerned with time based metrics to define quality of service. Stay away from this place , there are a lot of great alternatives I have stayed in Medellin. My first time and last- for sure at the Faranda Hotel Medellin.

La mayoría estuvo excelente. Solo un dato siento que el aire no es el tamaño adecuado para el cuarto. Si se apagaba durante el día no enfriaba bien durante la noche, daba calor. Hablando sobre el menú de comida que sea un poco variado ya que andábamos con niños y es más fácil tener un menú para eso.por lo demás excelente

Everything within the property was good. The gym was in perfect conditions. Rooms were a bit small for a family of four. Jacuzzi water was cold and wasn’t able to go in during my stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly when looking for dining options.
