Although this is not the hotel's responsibility, there is construction work going on around the hotel which makes it very difficult to get in and out of the hotel. Guests should be informed in advance.

For travelers traveling from the USA. Please be aware do not fall for the VIP service they offer. I paid for it and it was a waste of money. I highly recommend to don’t fall for it!! It’s a rip off!! You don’t get nothing of what they really offer!

Overpriced, not worth its value
Super overpriced and appears a lot more luxurious than what it actually is. The hotel is impossible to get in touch with. There is no email, no direct line. I booked a double room fr my parents and when they got here apparently I only gave one name, and they charged them more for the room because it was two people. It was one night. I tried to get in touch with them regarding transport to the airport and just got a bunch of AI bots. Terrible option for price. Would not recommend.

I LOVED my stay at Movich! I originally selected this hotel as it was very close to the airport; however, I was incredibly impressed with the staff, cleanliness of the site, and the food! Definitely add the breakfast to your stay. If you are looking for a spa day then I’d recommend Kua Spa (onsite).
