Luxury Holiday Home, Large Garden, Free Motorboat Usage for Our Guests

Unfortunately, due to the exceptionally high energy prices, we have had to introduce an energy surcharge. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Our luxuriously furnished, detached holiday home is located in EuroParcs IJsselmeer in Medemblik, a well-maintained and beautiful holiday park. The house has 4 rooms and a living area of approximately 88 m². The garden with a jetty covers about 300 m² and is equipped with garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, a barbecue, and a lockable shed for storing your bicycles.

Free use of the motorboat for our guests!

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a kitchen, a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, Senseo, kettle, toaster, and more. There is also a guest toilet on this level.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with comfortable hotel beds:

Bedroom 1: Box spring bed 180 x 200 and a small Smart TV
Bedroom 2: Box spring bed 90 x 200
Bedroom 3: 2 x Box spring bed 80 x 200 cm
The bathroom has been completely renovated and features a walk-in shower and a second toilet.

Extras such as a washing machine, a high chair, a crib, and an ironing board are available.

The quoted price includes energy costs, private Wi-Fi, service fees, crib, high chair, final cleaning, use of the boat, and tourist tax. So, there are no financial surprises afterwards.

Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for €22.50 per person per booking.

Registration Procedure at EuroParcs:
The bungalow park was recently taken over by EuroParcs, and as of now, personal registration of our guests is mandatory. After registration, you can use the parking facilities and amenities such as the park's swimming pool (for a fee). We will handle the pre-registration for you. The registration fee is €12 and must unfortunately be paid in person at the reception. You will then receive a drive-in card, an information folder, and more.

The large garden by the water has its own jetty, perfect for fishing, boating, barbecuing, or swimming directly from your own garden! There is a sand beach with a genuine Dutch beach pavilion just 200 meters away. You can park your car directly in front of the house.

In the immediate vicinity (100 m), there is a volleyball court, a table tennis table, and a soccer field. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the holiday home.

The center of Medemblik with shops, cafes, and restaurants is only 1.5 km from the house. The adjacent holiday home (VRBO no. 10542172) can be rented simultaneously, ideal for joint vacations in separate holiday homes.

Please note that the bungalow park has been taken over by EuroParcs, and our guests are required to personally register to use all facilities such as parking, swimming pool, etc. We will handle the registration for you. The registration fee is €12 and must be paid personally at the reception. You will then receive a drive-in card, an information folder, and further details.
